Q: Are there any special programs that must be installed on a computer to run the quizzes? I have some computers that will not load the quiz and others that will.

Q: Do you have any free quizzes?
A: Yes, every topic includes at least one quiz that doesn't require a membership.
Q: Do you add new quizzes?
A: Quiz-Tree.com already includes over a thousand quizzes. Moreover, we are constantly working on adding new topics and quizzes. We also upgrade our software to make it more enjoyable and fun.

Q: What is the difference between a group membership and an individual membership?
A: Individual membership is ideal for one student. It includes access to all of our quizzes and lets you track your results.
If you have two or more students, a group membership is the way to go. This type of membership includes a teacher account and multiple student accounts. It also comes with some great features designed specifically for educators.
Q: Is my credit card payment secure?
A: If you decide to pay with a credit card, your information is transmitted using state-of-the-art encryption. We don't store your credit card number. In fact, we don't even see it.
Q: Do you accept Purchase Orders?
A: Yes, we do accept Purchase Orders from schools and other organizations.
Q: There are several hundred students in my school. Can we get a discount on group memberships?
A: Absolutely. Please let us know how many group accounts you need and we will get back to you with volume discount information.
Q: I'm a teacher. My school subscribed to a group account, but I can't login.
Q: Can I see results for every quiz ever taken by one of my students?
A: Yes. Open your group list, find the student's name and click on the "View Results" link.
Q: I signed up for your free trial, but never received my password.
A: The password is sent to you as soon as you join. However, some email systems now use various forms of filtering.
If you didn't receive our email, it probably ended up in your bulk email folder or in a similar place. If you can't find our message, you should set up your email to accept messages from quiz-tree.com. Then go back to our login page, click on the "Forgot your password?" link and reset your password. Your new password will be emailed to you right away.
