Rounding to Thousandths 2
Twelve more decimals are lined up here for rounding to the nearest thousandth, that is, three places after the point.
You will tackle numbers like 32.1584 or 194.8516, shortening each one to three decimals and ignoring whatever sits beyond.
One thing surprises people: if rounding lands on a zero in the third place, you still write that zero. A result feels finished without it, but keeping it proves you rounded to the thousandths place rather than stopping early. That little zero is doing real work, even though it looks like nothing.
Recommended level: intermediate.
