Numbers in Portuguese 1

This Portuguese numbers quiz takes an unusual angle: instead of one, two, three, it gives you ten ordinal numbers to translate, first through tenth.

That is a slightly unexpected place to begin, since most people learn to count before they learn to rank. It works nicely as a warm-up, because ordinals show up constantly for dates, floors in a building, and finishing places in a race.

Practise saying them in order and then out of order, and you will find they lock in faster than you might assume for something you rarely drill on its own.
