Because you are working straight from the map, it builds both your geography and your recall of capitals at the same time, which is great if you learn better by seeing locations than by reading lists.

One capital you will come across is genuinely unusual: Juneau cannot be reached by road and is only accessible by boat or plane. It is the rare US capital where you simply cannot drive in from a neighboring city.
